The Plan That Turns Beginners Into Believers
✅ 12 Weeks of Coaching:
While we have a plan in place, our sessions together are highly variable. I coach to the room in front of me, which means every Beginners Program we run looks very different.
✅ Two 1 Hours Sessions Each Week
Each week we have six beginners sessions running; you can mix and match as you please to fit your two sessions in with your busy schedule;
Morning Sessions: Tuesdays & Thursdays 6 am till 7 am
Midday Sessions: Mondays & Fridays 11 am till Midday
Evening Sessions: Tuesday & Thursday 5:30 pm till 6:30 pm
✅ Week 10, 11 and 12:
In the final three weeks you are formally invited to attend any class on our Full Timetable. This means you can meet and train with our other three coaches, meet other students and learn more cool Jiu Jitsu.
✅ Included Training Gear:
As part of your membership with us you will be gifted a Viking Rashguard and Shorts costing £80. These are custom made and arrive around Week 6 if there are no delays.

Each Beginners Program is capped to make sure you get the best coaching possible. Our programs are capped to only 30 people. This means spaces are limited, but the education you will get because of it is top-tier.
