Unlimited Beginners Sessions
We run 6 structured classes per week, and you can attend as many (or as few) as works for you. As you’ve already felt – the more you train, the faster it clicks.
📅 Recommended: 2 sessions per week for strong, steady progress.

3 Powerful 4-Week Phases (12 Weeks Total)
Each phase explores a different, essential part of Jiu-Jitsu – from survival to control to movement. This focused approach accelerates your progress without overwhelm.

Immediate access to the Full Viking Timetable
Ontop of the 6 Beginners Sessions each week, you also have full access to our Main Viking Timetable, giving you an extra 48 sessions per month for when you feel ready.

Our Beginners Timetable has 6 Sessions Per Week – While we recommend two per week, you’re welcome to attend as many as you would like.
