Getting started with Brazilian Jiu Jitsu in Milton Keynes doesn’t have to be hard, in fact we strive to make it as simple, straight forward and easy as possible for you to give it a try and see if it is your cup of tea (or coffee).

If you’re reading this page it means one of your friends or family members (or arch nemisis who wants a tougher fight) thinks that you would love to get started with BJJ in Milton Keynes… but haven’t yet pulled the trigger.

We give you 7 days full access to our 12-Week Beginners Program to see if you love it as much as we think you will. 

No strings attached. 

No payment details upfront. 

No catch. 

Just 7 days of training to test the waters. 

Once the week is complete, we will invite you to join us for the remaining 11 weeks of the course. 

There will be no hard sell. No master persuasion tactics. No gimmicks. Just an open an honest invitation to join us.

If you choose to, then fantastic – your training will continue Monday. 

If you choose not to, completely fine too – we will part way as friends with no hard feelings.

Training Schedule – 6 Beginners Sessions Per Week

We run 6 Beginners Sessions each week at Viking BJJ – and as part of your trial you get access to all 6 during the week. 

Morning Sessions: 
Tuesday: 6am till 7am
Thursday: 6am till 7am

Midday Sessions: 
Monday: 11am till 12pm
Friday: 11am till 12pm

Evening Sessions:
Tuesday: 5:30pm till 6:30pm
Thursday: 5:30pm till 6:30pm

After the final session on Friday is complete, we will formally invite you via email to join us for the remainder of the program… and the ball will be in your court! 

Note – I should probably be clear as mud, we would not expect you to attend all six sessions. For best progress we recommend aiming for two per week as a minimum.
