What is the beginners schedule again?
We currently run SIX Beginners classes each week. As a Full Beginner or Premium Beginner you get Unlimited sessions each week. However, if you purchase a single phase at a time you are limited to just two per week.

What are the 3 phases of the 12-Week Beginners Program?
The program is built around three progressive phases. You’ll join at the start of whichever phase we’re currently running, so every intake trains together on the same theme:

Chest to Back – Learn how to control or escape from one of the most important positions in BJJ: the back. You’ll develop survival instincts, learn to fight hands and hooks, and start to trust your body under pressure.

Chest to Chest – This phase focuses on dominant top positions like mount and side control. You’ll discover how to control, apply pressure, and start feeling in control rather than just defending.

Destabilisation, Balance & Guard Play – Here, you learn to play guard, pass guard, and manage posture and base. This is where the movement becomes dynamic and things begin to feel fluid and fun.
Each phase builds core skills in a different area, giving you a complete and instinctive foundation in BJJ.
What if I miss a few sessions?
Life happens. While we recommend aiming for at least 2 sessions a week, missing one here or there is totally fine. The program is designed to be flexible – you won’t fall behind or get left out. Everyone moves through the same phase together, and each class gives you new chances to improve.
What happens after the 12 weeks?
Once you finish the program, you’ll be invited to join our main academy sessions. You’ll already know the coaches, the vibe, and how we train – so it won’t feel like a big leap. And if you’d prefer to repeat the beginners program again to keep building confidence, you can do that at a discounted rate.
Is it normal to still feel unsure after the trial?
Absolutely. Doubt is just part of doing something new. The good news is, you’ve already done the hardest bit — showing up. Most people who finish the program look back and say, “I can’t believe I almost didn’t do this.” If you’re unsure, that’s a sign you’re about to grow.
Will I be good enough to roll by the end of the program?
You’ll be better than you think. The goal isn’t to become a black belt overnight – it’s to become calm, confident, and capable under pressure. You’ll understand key positions, know how to stay safe, and be able to engage in real rolls without panicking. That’s already miles ahead of where you started.
How quickly will I improve if I commit to the 12 weeks?
Faster than you expect. The program is designed to build instinct, not just knowledge. Within a few weeks, you’ll notice that your reactions are sharper, your body is more coordinated, and your confidence on the mat has grown. It’s a focused path that gets results.
